Following years of experimentation, a first-generation device was developed, produced, and evaluated in an NIH SBIR Phase I funded clinical study.  After demonstrating equivalent performance to the current standard of care, the Company was awarded a $1.9M Phase II grant to commercialize a second-generation product currently in development.

The Future

MyoGuard has the potential for application across multiple use cases in soft tissue repair, neurology, muscle retraining, and sports performance optimization.  The Company plans to begin adaptation of MyoGuard for rehab following ACL repair in 2026.
